Villa Avangard is a luxurious villa situated in the village of Islam, in the hillside above Kalkan. It is a modern and striking villa in generous gardens with a range of facilities including infinity pool, indoor pool, children's playground and sauna and benfits from exquisite sea views.

The modern veranda has been thoughtfully designed to connect the front garden to the large pool and provides ample room for dining and relaxing outdoors. 

Note: Villa Avangard is available for 12 months. The villa also has an indoor pool, heated with jacuzzi. Underfloor heating is available for 250 TL per week.

Indoor Pool Sizes - Width: 2,50m Length: 6,00m Depth: 1,00m (the indoor pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted freely.) The pools do not use chemicals but rather a salt system which is healthier and more eco-friendly.

Clean linen and towels for 6 people. 

Note:  The deposit fee for this villa is 1000 TL. The amount of the deposit will be refunded if there is no damage / damage to the check-out at the exit of the villa.

Bedroom 1: Suite Young Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (Ground Floor): Two single beds (can be combined into a single bed), Closet, Bedside Table, Make-up table, Air conditioning, TV, Bathroom and Balkona outlet.

Bedroom 2: Suite Family Bedroom, Sea and Nature View (1st floor): Double bed, Closet, Bedside Table, Make-up table, Air conditioning, TV, Bathroom and Balkona outlet.

Bedroom 3: Suite Family Bedroom Chamber, Sea and Nature View (1st floor): Double bed, Closet, Bedside Table, Make-up table, Air conditioning, TV, Fireplace (Private fueled), Heated indoor pool with jacuzzi and Balkona exit.

Laundry Room: The laundry room on the ground floor has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
