Kasbah Angour is a charming Berber castle in a spectacular location surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Perched on a hill-top in the foot-hills of the High Atlas Mountains, Kasbah Angour has superb panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
This welcoming boutique hotel offers a unique opportunity to experience the region and the Berber way of life. The castle is surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, where there are almond trees, olive groves and beautiful flower gardens. Much of the fruit and vegetables served in the hotel is grown in the hotel’s own gardens. The gardens are the perfect place for guests to relax and enjoy the wonderful swimming pool and the stunning views.

The rooms all vary in aspect and detail but all are constructed from traditional Moroccan materials, with walls in local red sandstone; floors in hand made clay tiles from Meknes; windows and doors in cedar wood from the Middle Atlas Mountains and ceilings in wood and cane or plaster with sculpted cornices. The locally made furniture has Berber motifs.

The nine Assif Standard bedrooms overlook the river valley and have terraces to enjoy the views of the valley and mountain foot-hills beyond.
The nine Adrar Superior bedrooms have large terraces to enjoy the sunshine and take in the views across the gardens to the mountains.
The seven Tower Junior Suites are split between the three towers at Kasbah Angour. The suites are spacious and have comfortable seating areas. They all have panoramic views. The Tower Junior Suites can be re-arranged to take two or three extra beds for children.
The Angour Deluxe Suite has a bedroom and a separate lounge with views across the gardens to the summits of the mountains.
